**SEE:** Woman methodically checking behind stalls, calling out "Will!"  
**DO:** Boy at puppet show eating sweets, forgot to tell mom. She offers family dinner invitation  
**IGNORE:** City guard helps her find him after 30 min

### Cart Dispute
**SEE:** Two merchants arguing loudly, broken cart between them, gesturing wildly  
**DO:** One's cart damaged the other's goods. Mediate (CHA check), take a side, or serve as witness. Winner owes favor  
**IGNORE:** Attracts crowd, city guard breaks it up with fines for both

### Escaped Cobra
**SEE:** Panicked crowd scattering, snake charmer chasing a large cobra through stalls  
**DO:** Chase (DEX/Athletics), calm it (Animal Handling DC 14), or help vendors. Snake charmer pays 5gp + owes favor  
**IGNORE:** Snake bites someone, healer needed, snake charmer arrested

### Spice Challenge
**SEE:** Merchant loudly betting no one can handle his "Desert Fire" spice  
**DO:** CON save DC 13. Success = respect + 20% discount + caravan info.   
**IGNORE:** Keeps heckling passersby, might heckle party later  

---

### Pickpocket Caught
**SEE:** Street urchin bumps into PC, something falls from their pocket  
**DO:** Starving kid stealing for younger siblings. Give coin, intimidate, turn in to guards, or hire as guide/spy  
**IGNORE:** Kid tries another target, might get caught by less forgiving victim

## TAVERN/INN ENCOUNTERS

### Room Double-Booked
**SEE:** Two groups arguing with innkeeper at desk, both waving reservation slips  
**DO:** Mediate, bribe innkeeper, intimidate one group, or share room. 
**IGNORE:** Innkeeper gives room to other group, party needs to find lodging elsewhere or sleep in common room

### Arm Wrestling Champion
**SEE:** Muscular local challenging patrons, small crowd gathered, coin on table  
**DO:** STR contest. Win = bragging rights + free drinks + respect. Lose = buy him a drink but gain his respect for trying  
**IGNORE:** He eventually challenges someone else, might call party out if he's drunk enough  

---

### Caravan Recruiter
**SEE:** Well-dressed merchant at bar calling out "Need guards for dawn departure to Zephyr Trading Post!"  
**DO:** Standard job, 10gp/day per person, 3-day journey. Quick negotiation (Persuasion raises to 15gp)  
**IGNORE:** Caravan leaves without them, they might encounter it (attacked by bandits) on the road later

## STREET ENCOUNTERS

### Wanted Poster
**SEE:** Party notices someone who resembles person on nearby "WANTED" poster (reward: 50gp)  
**DO:** Confront (might be innocent, wrong person, or guilty with good reason), turn in, or ignore  
**IGNORE:** Someone else turns them in, or they disappear into city

### Duel Challenge
**SEE:** Two locals about to duel in street, hands on sword hilts, crowd forming circle  
**DO:** Mediate (CHA check), take a side, place bets, or let it play out.
**IGNORE:** Quick duel, loser wounded, winner arrested by arriving guards  

---

### Poisoned Well
**SEE:** Small crowd of neighbors gathered around neighborhood well, looking worried  
**DO:** Investigation reveals dead scorpion/sabotage. Locals grateful, offer housing/info/small reward  
**IGNORE:** City sends someone eventually, neighborhood distrusts outsiders who ignored them

## TEMPLE/RELIGIOUS DISTRICT

### Blessing Scam
**SEE:** Street preacher offering "authentic blessings" for coin, crowd gathered  
**DO:** Insight check reveals fake or real. Expose him (angry mob), pay (nothing happens or does it?), or ignore  
**IGNORE:** He keeps preaching, eventually chased off by temple guards

### Offering Theft
**SEE:** Temple acolyte accusing someone of stealing from offering bowl  
**DO:** Investigation/Insight reveals truth (might be thief, false accusation, or misunderstanding)  
**IGNORE:** Temple guards handle it, possibly wrongly  

---

## RESIDENTIAL QUARTER

### Domestic Dispute (?) (Fennel Winchen, Bard)
**SEE:** Loud argument coming from window above, neighbors looking concerned  
**DO:** Investigate
**IGNORE:** Neighbors eventually intervene or it resolves on its own  

---

### Lost Pet
**SEE:** Child crying, asking passersby if they've seen their cat/lizard/bird  
**DO:** Help search (quick skill challenge), find it quickly, or give coin for comfort  
**IGNORE:** Pet shows up on its own later, or doesn't
