- Another objective

- Create urgency by using up resources
- Use to slow down or energize a session

## Tools

- Activate superpower: give them an ability that can be (de)activated
- Know your party
- The buddy system: call for help, summon minions, etc.
- Fewer buddies
- Fudge the HP! - Use full HP range and wait for (min < dramatic moment < max)
- "There's always a bigger fish" - if the monster goes down too quickly, bring a bigger monster after
- Kryptonite
- Run away / I'll let you live
- Change the environment
- "This isn't even my final form"
- Surprise ally
