The voice changes, but they know instinctively it's the same being.
They can tell it has a will to inflict chaos.

Declan will be with the vulture, with no memory of his escapades but much blood on his armor.

Vulture will tell the party that they have been getting information from people who have voices that don't match, but they can tell are the same being. It latched on to the werecreatures longstanding hate of the human world and how they were treated as lesser.
